7 Web-Page Analysis
For purpose of analysis and optimization of our web pages we make use of various services that are presented in what follows. We can, for example, analyze how many users visit our pages, which information is most sought-after or how users find the offer. We record, amongst other things, data such as from which Internet site a data subject came to our Internet site (so-called referrers), which sub-pages of the Internet site were accessed, how often, and for which period of time a sub-page was looked at. This helps us to improve our offer and to arrange its design in a user-friendly way. The data collected is not used to identify individual users personally. Anonymized - or at least pseudonymized - data is collected. The legal basis for this is article 6, paragraph 1 f of DSGVO [GDPR].
We hereby draw attention to the fact that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure an anonymized recording of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). Please also note the following information on the use of Google Analytics.
This website makes use of Google Analytics, a web-analysis service from Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and permit an analysis to be made of your use of the website. The information created by the cookie on your use of this website is normally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
If the IP-anonymize function on this website is activated, however, your IP address will first be shortened by Google within the member states of the European Union or in other contracting states that were party to the agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. At the order of the operator of this website Google makes use of this information to evaluate your utilization of the website, to prepare reports on the website activities and to provide further website-utilization and Internet-related services vis-à-vis the operator of the website. These purposes also constitute our legitimate interest in the data processing. The legal basis for deployment of Google Analytics is section § 15, paragraph 3 of TMG [German Telemedia Act] or article 6, paragraph 1 f of DSGVO [GDPR]. The data sent by us and linked to with cookies, user identification (e.g. user ID) or advertisement IDs is automatically deleted after 24 months. The deletion of data, the filing period of which has been reached, takes place automatically once a month.
The IP address transferred by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics is not brought together with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of the cookies by adjusting your browser-software settings appropriately. In this case, however, we draw your attention to the fact that you may not then be fully able to use all of the functions of this website. You can also prevent the acquisition of the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (incl. your IP address) by Google, and its processing by Google, in that you download and install the browser plug-in.
Your can prevent the recording by Google Analytics by clicking the following link: click. This will set an opt-out cookie that prevents future recording of your data during your visit to this website: Deactivate Google Analytics
8 Data Transfer
On principle, a transfer of your data to a third party does not take place, unless we are legally obliged to do so, or the passing-on of the data is necessary for the implementation of the contractual relationship, or you have previously consented, explicitly, to the passing-on of your data.
External service providers only receive your data to the extent that this is necessary for the processing of your order. In such cases, though, the scope of the data transferred is limited on the necessary minimum. If our service providers come into contact with your personal data, we make sure, in the context of the order processing in accordance with article 28 of DSGVO [GDPR], that they also comply in the same way with the regulations of data protection law. Please also note the respective information on data protection of the providers. As to the contents of external services, the respective service provider is personally responsible, whereby we, within the framework of reasonableness, check the services to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements.
We attach importance to the processing of your data within the EU / EEA.
That's why we deploy, for the data of tenants, only service providers within the EU.
It can, however, prove necessary for us to deploy service providers, particularly Google, that process the data outside the EU / EEA. In such cases we make sure, before transferring your personal data, that an appropriate level of data protection exists at the recipient's. What is meant by this is that, via EU standard contracts or an adequacy decision, such as the EU Privacy Shield, a level of data protection is achieved that is comparable to the standards applied within the EU.
9 Data Security
We have taken extensive technical and operational protective measures to safeguard your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorized persons. Our security procedures are regularly checked and adapted to allow for technological progress.
